What's covered, what's not, and how to add full-value protection.

Our carrier

We carry general liability and cargo insurance through a California-licensed commercial carrier. Specific carrier and policy numbers are listed on every booking confirmation. We'll publish them here once we finalize the public-facing summary.

Carrier name and policy number coming soon — request the certificate via email if your building requires one before move day.

Basic carrier protection (included)

Every move includes federal-style basic carrier protection: $0.60 per pound per article, included at no extra cost. This is the legal minimum for licensed movers. It is not full replacement value.

Full-value protection (optional)

For an additional flat fee (priced at checkout), we upgrade your move to full-value protection: damaged or lost items are repaired, replaced, or reimbursed at current market value, with a deductible disclosed in writing.

Not covered

Items packed by you that we didn't see boxed (we can inspect on request)
Cash, jewelry, irreplaceable documents (carry these yourself)
Live plants, perishables, pets
Pre-existing damage (we photograph high-value items before loading)

Need a Certificate of Insurance?

Many buildings (HOAs, condos, commercial offices) require one before move day. Email 365deliveryin@gmail.com with your building's COI requirements — we'll have it sent over within one business day.
